Where I stayed in Kandy?
Sobaya Hotel
Address: 83, 40-C Ampitiya Rd, Kandy 20000, Sri Lanka
I was lucky enough to get a room that day as most hotels were booked. I was finding someplace in the city or nearby, so I could visit as many places as I could on my only day in the city.
The views at Sobaya hotel were very scenic. They have very good hospitality and co-operative staff.
The early morning view from my bed.
A Must look out for hotel when you’re looking out for budgetary options in Kandy.
The locality feels lively in the morning. The freshness by the surrounding trees and the flocks of birds flying towards the hills is truly an amazing sight to the eyes.
